MASTER PLANS

“El proyecto antes del proyecto”…. Analizamos a fondo toda la información que el cliente nos transmite, evaluamos las fortalezas y las debilidades de sus ideas y especialmente de su area de implantación. No nos convencemos de que la idea que nos transmiten sea la única y la mejor. En esa crítica enfocamos el objetivo de proyectar la mejor planificación para ese lugar, más allá de que la realidad nos obligue a etapabilizar la construcción. El resultado al que llegamos es el diseño del mejor “norte”para nuestros clientes, hacer de las propuestas un conjunto de potenciales, hacer un verdadero Master Plan.

“The project before the project”… We thoroughly analyze all the information that the client transmits to us, we evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of their ideas and especially of their implementation area. We are not convinced that the idea they transmit to us is the only one and the best. In this review we focus on the objective of projecting the best planning for that place, beyond the fact that reality forces us to stage the construction. The result we reach is the design of the best “north” for our clients, making the proposals a set of potentials, making a true Master Plan.

“Magnificar la esencia de los espacios”…. El Interiorismo lo interpretamos como eso. Nuestra experiencia en la arquitectura comercial nos enseñó que muchas veces pequeños detalles incluso de bajo costo de construcción termina subrayando intenciones, haciendo que el usuario vea lo que nosotros queremos que enfoque y colaborando a que lo viva mejor.

“Magnify the essence of spaces”… We interpret Interior Design as that. Our experience in commercial architecture taught us that many times small details even at low construction costs end up underlining intentions, making the user see what we want them to focus on and helping them to live it better.
